Yes i understand that. For you it's tough reducing the weight, for me it was tough adding weight, as i was a weakling 118lbs.
In that case, swimming is best, all body workout. But i understand, a poorly maintained pool can cause more harm than good. Hmm, between a rock and a hard surface are we.....
Whether toning down or bulking up, you are what you eat. So make sure even if you are doing elliptical/walking, you are eating to reduce weight. Have a good breakfast in the morning so it can kick up your metabolism. Try more fibrous foods, Weetbix, Oats maybe....in skim milk...have green tea throughout the day......i had this excellent green tea that my dad used to get from China.....excellent stuff..would burn the fat from your abdomen..if i would have been in karachi
