Thanks man, got three attachments. Sorry couldn't reply you. And I will keep updating this thread as soon as I am good and back to gym as I am determined to loose my weight to at least 75 kg (max. normal limit for 5' 8") and then moving on to the strengthening exercises. I know loosing 20-25 kg will take a hell lot of time and hard work but I have to do it anyways as my health is on high risk because of the weight.

Few moments ago I realized how bad was my accident when I went to pick up my motorcycle after more than 2 weeks from the accident site with a bent mudguard, headlight, handle and most importantly fuel tank with broken indicators, brake lever... ALLAH saved me that day and if I go into details, everything that I was wearing that day saved me from big damages. Ya ALLAH tera shukar!!
