Start making up short term and long term goals for your own self. In short term as like within 2 months and longer terms for upto 2 years or 3 years. Keep your short term as such they come knitting together your longer term goals. Keep a check on those on weekly basis. Give more importance to other things in life like job, family your future status and growth as well as settlement while making up your goals.

There was a time when I had a lot pf pressure from my job responsibilities and I used to work (or was occupied in work) for like 18 hours of the day. The body really was deserted and so my social life, but my mind was in top notch functioning and never felt illness because I had a challenge to do.
Get yourselves real challenges in life. Think beyond the friendship of gals
Yes they are good and necessary somewhat but limit that to only your recreation and ample times. Aur jis nay bhai banalia hay forget about her at the earliest
Give yourself another chance 
I dont about your priorities, obligations and responsibilities of life, thats why couldnt tell you anything specific. But believe me a human mind it capable enough to overcome such illnesses and beyond that, its the bounty that has made us "Ashraf-ul-Makhloqa'at". Its all about using it.
And try to devote some of your time towards the God who created us all. And try to think positively.
