It's a stupid idea. Don't do it. You will hate your car afterwards. Unless you actually need it in emergency due to medical issues like you can't change gears because of knee pain or something, it's a bad idea.

Especially since it's an experimental job, you will be stuck with constant repair headaches afterwards.

Either sell your current car and buy an automatic, or leave it alone. You will regret it.

I've sat in a Suzuki with AGS. I was the passenger and absolutely hated it.

suzuki is different stroy as it is 1000 cc car
1.0 car with IMT i think it is bad idea
but this is 1800 cc
we will get better idea as if someone is using
i have seen on youtube , people are using and enjoying the ride

Do you have working knowledge of how a manual transmission and the clutch and pressure plate work?

You can youtube that too!

Then make an educated decision if the idea is workable, meaning workable and reliable too.

Your car will be useless if one actuator decides it wants a piece of jalebi and cup of chai, your car isnt going anywhere. Even factory equipped dct cars with dry clutch sets experience failure if the car gets stuck in traffic which then roasts the clutch friction plates.

Is your aim for this project is to low cost convert a car to have no clutch and creep in traffic?

If the goal were to achieve just those two objectives, with the low torque lawnmower motors the masses are driving, a CVT-type belt and pulley from a scooter or ATV would do a decent job.

Finding a reliable set of actuators, installing and wiring them correctly, making them redundant and implementing a solid control scheme doesn't seem like something anyone here is equipped and competent enough to retrofit onto a conventional manual.

you think it will work good? - on a car that is not equipped with a HD clutch from factory, you are not taking into account that the system will hold the clutch at bite point for creeping - that itself is a very big no!

Bhai kyun panga le rahe ho, sell this and buy an auto Civic. The money that you will spend on the conversion, consider that the price difference between your car and an auto version. Even Alto/Cultus, which are newer cars, with factory installed systems are a pile of garbage already, they are jerky when operating, their transmissions are finicky and expensive to service.

i took estimate from bilal ganj through my mechanic ,he quoted me 260 k for the conversion from manual to auto apart from labor and if i keep manual transmission with me then i have to pay extra 60 k

Do you have an itemised list from mechanic?

You will need

Transmission with torque converter and flex plate for engine
Axles for it
The correct mounts for it
Wiring harness
Ecu for autobox version
Gauge cluster
Pedal box assembly
Shifter unit assembly with linkage cable
Interior wiring harness

And someone to completely tie it altogether.
