I also love to meet you for guiding you.any student who wanna pursue higher degree is most favorite to me.
It is my sincere advice that visit me & first see my M.S and M.Sc thesis (I did 2 Master degrees) because Ph.d will be much higher than your level. It is just like You will not understand Essay unless u learn alphabets
Also it seems that u r not habitual reader and mostly reads topic above lines.Otherwise u might catch from my wordings
If u r old here, u might know very well it was also mentioned in my old signatures about my degrees which i recently updated this month after attending conference on Patriotism
anyways what i was talking that u dont read line by line otherwise u might read that I am not CS graduate myself, I have written and almost all old pakwheelers knows that I have done B.E( Mechanical Engineer ) in 1999-2000 from NED ,after that completed M.S ,M.Sc. then Ph.d, then Post. doc. All from abroad . all my degrees are related to my field i.e Automotive Design & Manufacturing
For your info. I am also perceiving course in fiqh nowadays (started from 1st Feb.)
I think u do not know about Post. doc because if u knew or read my lines, u never sticked to my P.hd title but rather u would ask for Post. doc degree
Post. doc. is highest doctorate degree after Ph.D which i also completed .Note I did it Research based not course-work based
I mentioned that I (Mechanical Eng.) and one of my batch-mate(not the class mate,,,understand the difference) who was in electrical Engg. we both were good in programming(at thattime we only learnt C language and lil. info about compiler at NED) Later on when in 1997 at University of Sindh, 3 students did FYP of compiler based on sindhi language,We both also participated in that project by travelling from Khi to there.We learnt ot from them.
& always we thought that we did a mistake by opting Mech. & Electrical respectively. We should go for B.E(Computer systems)
during those days we attended seminar in NED which emphasized on entrepreneurship instead of Job. so they gave example that IBM is IT company but lead by Mechanical Engineer,similarly biggest Software houses were the ones which were operated & owned by Engineers ( & none of them was Computer related,majority were from Electrical or Electronics) etc. we also came to know that famous Faisal Qureshi (TV anchor now not the one who is TV actor) owned reputed house but he is Electrical engineer but a passionate programmer. after hearing this, we both batchmate opened s/w house & developed first commercial software in 5K(that time 5K was reasonable amount for software & specially for young earners)

Post. doc. is doctorate degree after Ph.D which i also completed .I did it Research based
You cannot do Ph.d so simple by sitting and seeing online,First do M.S then go for yor specialization area of Masters (for example you can go for M.S with specialization in various fields) then basis on ur field of specialization in Masters and based on your Supervisor, you have to check & opt, for Concerned supervisor.
Meet them ,present your idea (believe me, I presented 7 topics for my Ph.d but 6 of them got rejected & even the 7th area which i later worked,i presented to 1 supervisor , he threw away & opposed my idea but same idea when i presented to another supervisor,she accepted with some minor changes
Remember,supervisor is the main key role in your Ph.D & Post. doc session, If he/she wants, he/she will give u great "ragra". might be possible that u cannot complete it in a decade too.
In my opinion, If u r aiming for P.Hd, first get M.S or M.Sc in good GPA If u have less that 3.25 GPA, it is better to revise that degree wether it is Masters or Bachelors (one of pakwheeler bechara has completed B.S(CS) with 2.92 CGPA & M.S(CS) with 2.6 CGPA, now he cannot get P.hD from any reputed Uni or reputed supervisor. He has just wasted his time,degree & money. Now only option is to do degree form some 3rd class Uni. which degree would have no worth at all when he will search for Job.
,then opt area then i will guide u more better, for time being, i will offer u that if u or any of your frnd wanna pursue M.s or P.H.d , you can consult me, many of my frnds and colleagues are in CS area. I can send to them & u can complete P.Hd with 3-6 years easily(depends on your hard work)
I am myself HEC approved supervisor but my area is Design & Manufacturing, also i am registered as Professional engineer & Registered engineer in category of Mech. at Pakistan engineering council so I cannot supervise CS student but can refer you to concerned Supervisors who have extensive research experience.
Really frankly speaking, being as you elder bro. i really felt sad to see that u r yourself 2005 graduate & u r asking this question in 2016 that how to earn 200K - 300 K.It raises several questions to me:
1. First seems you have not done degree well, you might did it just for ske of completing degree or earning income(this income point is more viable in all your posts)
2.As u r CS graduate, so might be you did degree from Institute/University who itself is not registered with NCEAC ( if ur uni or batch is not recognized then after graduating from these XYZ uni, u can never earn in 3 digits ever, read my lips, read my words,get them noted)
3. better do some updated language courses. go for android development , unity etc. these days
4.if u want to be middle earner then go for C#. or any.Net fw otherwise opt for atleast PHP
5.Come on bro, if any non CS graduate ask this question, it could worth but u r almost more than decade old degree CS holder (11 years from 2005 is more than enough) for any one to be settled & reach to income of 200K
6.Open any freelancing website, see,understand ,quote,get & complete project as per your caliber, your skills
7.Use your PR to reach to good companies,(u should have one when u r 11 years old CS gradaute) offer them your solution. Make presentation there & get projects
8. Nowadays simple B.Com & intermediate passed students r doing 3 months crash course from low institutes like APtech and are earning 100K easily without any significant experience.
- Look at me, for meeting my family expense, I have to work 7 days a week for almost 18-19 hours daily. I am doing job in morning,apart from that i am running 4 different kind of businesses(including 1 part time job as Visiting Lecturer) because if i will not do, i will not give proper to my family, my children.
I have no time for myself sometimes.Just like now i have skipped last night dinner, today's breakfast ,today's lunch because i have to travel Dubai for exhibition
in terms of expenses,almost 100K + monthly goes only in lieu of my 5 children school fees, tuition & related expenses .
your bhabi shopping...almost no limits.. 
AND REMEMBER DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE YOURSELF, dont ever think that you cannot do anything, u can do anything. Have faith in allah & work hard, it will bring fruit
even today I am travelling to Dubai because our company is taking part in exhibition at Dubai world trade center from 1-3 March for Middle east Electricity and i have to arrange it. Also fortunately, my family company(owned by my Uncle ) has exhibited in Dubai WTC at food exhibition in Gulfood 2016 - Welcome
My uncle founded this company with share of my father & now this company is 1 of 75 companies from Pakistan who are exhibiting exhibition there in WTC from 21 to 25 feb.
