I had a Mehran in 2002 and did do such a journey..
Problem i faced was temperature needle climbed up after 30-40 mins and had to switch off AC for few mins.

It was zero meter purchase and sold it after driving 60k kms.. Totally maintained by 3s suzuki dealer.

i came from jhang to fsd and the n isb yeterday from m4 to m3 n then m2 used ac from 3 to 7 pm with speed max upto 90 with ac my mehran is 1999 mehran plus .my heat guage was between c and half.
just a tip with ac keep your car between 89 to 90 max you will go easily
