Thats really bad, it could be sunlight as well. Do you leave your window slightly open in summers or endeavour to park your car in shades?

@well its my brother car and he is kind of careless too. service station guys use to put lusture on the dashboard of his car.

regarding have i been hit by whale , personally not:D , but use to navigate near them in north sea and in brazilian waters also some time near gulf of mexico. its illegal to hit whales. we change our course and navigate with caution. they are very calm full and lazy fish

Well, point I was trying to make was it could be sunlight not necessarily luster.

Regarding whale, it may be a bad joke but I was trying to point out that whale is not A FISH, its a mammal. And everybody in PK say "WHALE (KI) MACHLI DEKHO"

Since you mentioned, I never knew that there are whales around Brasil or in Gulf of Mexico, I know they are there in North Sea esp. in summers, when they come around Shetland Island to feed on seals (Pani ki Billi):P.

Perhaps I am watching alot of NATGEO. Anyways, seems we are going off the topic, enjoy polishing..........

I use Glint glass cleaner (anti-static, anti-mist & anti-glare) liquid in clean filtered water as windscreen water for my car, so whenever the screen creates glare or mist all over, just get rid of it with single push of wiper knob.

and dont forget to mix 5-10 drops of Detol in mixure coz recent study suggest that windscreen water is the reason of over 20% of Legionellosis infaction

@skill ,no one recommended him as said it was his laziness :).

but kindly elaborate what are the benefit to use luster on door/windows channel?.

as i will recommend to any 1 to use turtle ice total interior care for any type of rubber/leather/plastic/metal to prolong their life.

i am not at all against turtle products,i myself always looking for its products.
Whenever you want your manual/power window glasses to run smooth,you may clean window channel rubbers with luster wet wipes to remove dust.

1. My car seats or light colour valvet type and few days back I went to fix some problem in car and mechanic sit in it with greasy clothes. I tried to clean it with surf but no success and also I dont want to rub it too much. Please suggest some product which easily clean my seats and also dont damage color and seats.

petrol will clean out your seats - just use a cloth dampened with petrol (or ask a dry cleaner to do it) - there are some dry foams for the purpose too.

On a personal note - Ive invested in P21S wax for the cars - and it keeps them nice, shiny and sexy for months, for interior I just use water and a mild shampoo with a foam, toothbrush, terry cloth and mothers dash protector.

AND - if you are a bunch of freinds pitch in money to buy a pressure washer. It'll be a 2 minute job to wash your car and will waste no water. My pressure washer is usually occupied on Sundays by relatives, neighbors, freinds and so on.

Good info.. An electronic appliance guy once told me that hair shampoo is also really effective in cleaning.. just apply some shampoo(without adding water) on a piece of cloth and clean up.. I use that on my seats and other plastic parts of the car and it does a good job.

@Xulfiqar The pressure washer is a good idea.. Can you advise regarding its availability, if possible post some pictures and how much does it cost to own one?
