Ignition pump woes hdj81 80 series TLC

I’ve recently bought a toyota Land Cruiser 80 series model 1993 with a 1hd-t diesel engine I’ve recently rebuilt the engine with all new oems parts but the pump is the only thing left out since I’m based in khi and know a few diesel pump repair guys and have been to saleem and etc in garden all have tried but failed to fix the pump and bring it to its proper potential now I’m afraid if i let every road side pump mechanic mess with the pump it’ll probably get worse then better so my query is can anybody recommend a diesel shop that has the proper tools and machines to calibrate pumps not those sahiwal wali machines
The issue I’m presently facing are following
(1) after the engine warms up the the engine loses power or turns sluggish
(2)black smoke at acceleration I know some smoke is acceptable but I’m talking alot of smoke in the mid rpm range if i step on it tohs its a cloud of smoke
(3) viberation at idle
Works done on the fuelling system
Pump rebuilt (mostly by saleem in garden) nozzles checked out ok according to him
And when asked why does it smoke toh he says diesel hai dhua toh degi 🤦‍♂️

Called allied engineering they said they don’t do ignition pump service anymore maybe I’m talking to the wrong people a contact number with reference would help

before covid i've learned from a marine engineering service shop in karachi, at korangi allied engineering has stopped automotive services due to manpower issues. They are only handling services for industrial, earth moving, construction, cranes and marine machinery only.

Spoke to mr noman Rafique who is the head of service&repairs at allied engineering he said we only repair cat machinery generators and earth moving equipment. So i guess they won’t be doing it but I’ll pay them a visit once I’m back in karachi just to be sure
