Nadir said the track was as difficult as it gets. “It was a very difficult track,” Nadir told The Express Tribune. “I had to be very careful and drove cautiously in the mud and river. It’s easy to get carried away but even crossing the finish line is an achievement.”

@HSumbul1: Many Thanks! The FJ performed very well through the different sections of the course and was only limited by lack of driver skill and navigational limitations without a communication system in place. We also made a whole lot of mistakes

Farooq did well as a navigator and hats off to his confidence in his work by putting his neck on the line in such a big way!

And No we did not ask much of Nadir Magsi

It was a truely memorable experience, and my recommendation to all offroaders would be to attend atleast one rally even as a supporter, that way one can go on recce and drive the actual track to get a feel!

Thanks Rao! The track was behemoth indeed, lined with breakdowns and rollovers, the dust required experience to read what sort of tricks it would reveal. Absolute nightmare for first timers. Very thankful that we managed to finish with just a few bruises despite some silly mistakes and a few close calls!
