Presume you mean hours, depends what vehicle, how many breaks you take. 7-8 hours to Kalam is reasonable estimate. Road is not metalled beyond behrain, but cars go regularly there for some time now.
Won't be any snow in Kalam itself now, but head towards mountain tops and you may see some.
