Good to know, thanks for sharing. If there was nobody above the law in this country, which of course is not true - any idiot can do whatever they want, as long as it doesn't get in the way of a slightly more powerful idiot - then these license plates would be illegal.

Bhai anyone who is coming to karachi becomes a MAFIA and consider himself above all be it a thele wala, rikshawala, vigo wala aur any strret vendor.

No law for them, law is only for innocent ppl. take example of traffic police standing at signals in bunches and doing only challans of bikers who are going or coming back from offices wearing helmets while loads of other bikers without helmet or number plates roam easily.

No one notices the rikshaws in the city, every 1 of 3 rikshaws have no number plates.....
No one notices under age drivers,

if the law and molvis in this country theek hotey to yeh country would have topped the world.
