There are two basic types of injectors. Low impedance injectors with a resistance of 2.5 to 3 ohms, and high impedance injectors of 12 ohms to 18 ohms. This can easily be measured by a multimeter on the two electrical terminals just as you did. Most of the faulty injectors which are electronically fine can be restored completely by acoustic treatment.
Early Hondas used low impedance injectors with a resistor pack. From about '92 to '96 Honda transitioned from low impedance to high impedance without a resistor pack.
When the flow of gasoline is not even from all the injectors, all cylinders produce different pressure and cause the engine to move in an unharmonized manner, this is why you find performance of your car not upto the mark. Washing injectors externally has no impact on performance. Sonic cavitation has capability to make cleaning within microscopic cracks, groves and holes hence is most suited for cleaning the tiny holes and the nozzle of injectors. Fuel injector cleaners (fuel additives) are not a good option as they do not completely clean the injectors and if not used correctly can even be harmful.
Hondas in Pakistan usually have Keihan injectors but the brand doesnât matter much. Injector of any brand having the same specifications can perform just as good as Keihan.
