Tesla sells by placing an order by clients. They don't sell via dealers. They have their own showrooms where you can place an order or can place an order on website. The delivery time is still couple of months. Their sales increased many folds in last 2 years. In US they have only one plant for production..
As I said .. what they are selling is not one could even predicted years ago.
