I've owned a few pairs of cheap, budget IEMs and consumer level IEMs during the past couple of years. And according to me, the IEM that falls perfectly within your range would be the Logitech UltimateEars 200. I own a pair of these wonderful budget IEMs, and they still impress me. I paid Rs3800 for them 3-4 years ago, but im sure they cost around Rs2000 now. Logitech UltimateEars is a reputable, and a widely acclaimed brand. Most musicians prefer UltimateEar IEMs over these exorbitantly priced, not-worth-the-price Beats/SOL Republic etc brands.
These UltimateEars 200 are perfect for everyday usage. Though they are not that bass heavy (they're not exactly light too. There is bass present. Its just not overwhelming), but the mids and highs are incredible given the price of the IEM. You can hear a wide number of instruments and the vocals clearly using them.
The cord is strong, and the length is adequate. The connector jack is L-shaped (which is a great bonus IMO).
The UE200 comes with a carrying pouch, and SIX sizes of eartips. They are extremely light, and long sessions of music listening/movie watching wouldnt be a problem at all.
UE200 do not cone with a mic. If you want a mic, the UE200vi variant has a mic. The lack of mic is the reason these IEMs are priced less.
Anyway, whatever you decide to buy, stay away from A4-Techs, and Chinese replicas. I have owned 8-10 A4-Techs in my life, and one side of the earphone stopped working in 2-3 months on ALL of them. Yes, ALL of them. Their low price might be tempting, but the product is not worth the price at all.
And why buy Chinese replicas of a famous brand when you can buy an original product of an equally reputable brand in the same price?
