The Quad Throttles Are Just AWESOME....!! Open Them With Some Nice Filters and Kill VTEC Sound w/o Any Hassle.....!!
Infact The Induction sound On Open Throttles are Just MEAN Too On Clean Open Road...

experience 1 on 4AGE black quad in a AE92 corolla... with reverse back TRD style handmade "quiet muffler" - I think this was the 2nd complete BT swap in Karachi

quietly sitting on 1st red light at toheed towards seaview
civic 2002 VTi pulls up next to me with two youngsters
Im listening to carmina burana o fortuna in the car
they laugh and try to act all speed racer

green light - they shoot off - and I ease it out at quarter to half throttle (im next to their car)
they shift like lunatics and I mash the pedal at the same time (the intake roar and acceleration was so intimidating) they let go of their accelerator - I torque shift into 2nd spinning the front wheels (original soft struts) - and at the next light they dont do any funny stuff.. LOL

they mustve gone back home with some nightmares - hehe, anyway this engine is very reliable if you use it properly.. if not it will drain your bank quickly - and it wont work on CNG - it may start and run but not WORK

You need to do a complete job - not weld some axles together or weld some jackass mounts to make the engine fit. - Its a pretty straight job for a Ae10X frame

when wiring it up you must hook up all feeds and sensors properly. Most importantly
You should have a main relay and a circuit opening relay (fuel pump) for easy starting and also for safety if your engine fails (e.g accident or ignition failure)
starter relay
cooling fan hookup (properly to the car and also to the ECU)
vehicle speed sensor hookup (plays vital role in dictating VVT)

My 2 Cents....!!
20v On CNG Is a Pure Death.... If It Never went pass 5k...... You are No where getting power.....!!
Its Better to have 7afe in place of 4age if you need to run on CNG.....!!
Just only High CR Can't add to performance ..there are so many other things involved and on CNG....every engine is like a dumb as no use of ECU....!!
If You Want To Use 20v BT On HOBC.....then you won't regret...believe me ......!
the reason i am saying is i swap one myself and i agreed with xulfi that if you wired it up perfectly with each sensor hooked up to ecu and all signals going to ecu...there's no way a 4age specially 20v BT will disappoint you
Get 5 speed tranny.....and i won't recommend a 4AGE On CNG.....!! its a useless try and waste of pure performance thing and money....!!

i got taste of quad throttle on my friends uk spec 2 door corolla FX which mentioned in few pages back
i took it to my college on last paper and there was a shokhaa with his xli running 17's
i pulled up to him first all my friends were "isse mehran nahi chalane date yeh kia le aya hai"
i just reved it 2-3 times rpm was broken didn't showed exact figures
and all guys standing were looking at that red beauty after i gave it a shot on staright and i was gentle with thorttle xli guy might have thought he can do some racing with me
i didn't had any experience just gave it throttle and in 2nd gear easily gave that shokha about 5 gap
and sound is as SER_GTR mentioned is WICKED

Nopes - this engine has vacuum generating issues - as there is no plenum in the inlet manifold - even the brake servo requires two signal lines with one way valves - as connecting them both messes up the pull signal (on AFM and MAP) depending on what engine..

the only way CNG will run on this is engine is that if you get the port injected CNG setup with its own ECU and make a new sandwich plate for the injectors - but you would somehow need a fuelling map for this CNG fuelling unit.

Sir can you please elaborate a little?
I havent connected brake input with ECU?
Are you talking about ELS pin(havnt connected it too but i feel drop in RPM with headlights and wipers on and gonna connect in near future IA)
