Well i want to know that is it advisable to go to neelam valley via noori nar pass instead of muzaffarabad neelam route? whats the distance b/w jalkhad and noorinar top and noorinar top to sharda? How much time is required? What are the jeep rents?Can one park his own car at jalkhad or at naran ? are the local jeep drivers willing to take u to kel, taobutt and shounter valley and then back to jalkhad?

U will have to check at the spot at Jalkhad for jeep rents of your intended route and arrangements as its not a common route to travel and is rarely used.

You should check about the clearance of the said track before planning your tour, as Noorinar pass will be cleared after mid July.

yes u can go but not rite now as top is closed. it opens late in season traditionally so naran say pata kar kay nikalna
