yes we were 5 adult passengers. Land clearance was not good so have to unload 4 of them dozens of times. But it was a wonderful experience. Is road from jalkhad to babusar is comparable or worse?

As per my latest info, its opened for Jeeps and will be opened for cars in the coming few days

I have come back from Naran 2 days before, babusar is not yet opened. Moreover till Lulusar cars are not yet recommended.
