you need to install the software, either buy the cd, which is very hard to find, or get it installed from an audio shop.

Sorry about that OptimusSS, I've just recently joined Pakwheels and am still getting around to using the search function. I'm also not very good with online forums, but thank you for your guidance, and let me assure you I'll keep it in mind in the future.

I'll try to find an audio shop around here somewhere, but as I've just recently moved from Lahore to Islamabad, it'd be great if anyone could name a few that would get the job done. I'd really appreciate it.

By the way, my ride is a 2006 toyota vitz. I have no clue what model the audio system is. Thank you once again for the tips, I'll see what I can do.

Hi all...

I know this topics been done to death, but I can't really find any answers. Some say "reset the system by disconnecting the battery" and others say "you need to install system software". I have a feeling it's the latter.

I'm in Islamabad, F-7. Is there an audio expert nearby who does have the correct map disc? I just want to be able to use the av system, not navigation.

Please let me know if you have any expert in mind. Also, how much should it cost to have this really REALLY annoying problem rectified?

Here in Lahore Audio Shop Owner charged 500 rs for one time use of software Cd. If you want to buy then 2000-3000 per cd.
Once all features activated you start Navigation.

It costs around 500rs to get the software installed. You can find it on many torrent sites. Just burn it on a cd and install on your system.

Whats the model number of ur navigation unit

Can't tell my friend. It doesn't say so on the head unit. I took a picture, attached. Perhaps one of youse can identify? Thanks guys. If you can tell me which one of the lot it is, perhaps I'll burn a disc and get this out of my face. I'll also try googling all those mentioned in the blog to see if one of them is this nameless parasite!

I have the software CD of NDDN-W56 navi,
i have not tested it, cz i have W55,
i think it should work on any W56,

NDDN W57, insert correct map disc error..
Download the following file, burn it on a blank DVD, name of DVD should be 86271-V416A8 and it should be finalized, so that no more files can be added later.

Hello PW! I recently searched and downloaded SD Card data for navigation in JDM Toyota (Prius, Vitz, Belta)

It can be copied to SD Card of 8GB and the functions of DVD (Insert Map disc/card can be solved) in cars with SD Card Slot.

Most of the links support premium account but i downloaded from Netload Serious Filehosting - Netload where regular download in available.
