I got the same problem and i cannot find the CD anywhere in AKL
I got the link downloaded and a shop burned it on a CD paid 25 bucks and still not working

did you managed to make it work? I downloaded the link and took it to a shop to burn it on a cd and its not working
I just notices the disk is a CD only not DVD // can this be the reason?
Just wondering if you managed to make it work as its seems like no one in AKL (not even Toyota!) can assist
