congrats on the purchase man.. nice stuff.. although i think mehran already has powerful lights.. enough to blind oncoming traffic.. btw i would like to ask something.. i have a 1989 civic.. its beams are weak.. can i install these bulbs and will they improve the situation by any margin?

First identify the reason of light weakness. Battery, current, alternator etc. For improved visibility, XTreme Power are more recommended than Diamond Vision. I will also upload pictures of XTreme Power as I replace DV with them. Waiting for FOG to spread

@luckybilal, i don't think so these bulbs will improve your visibility at all.
I have used both Philips Blue vision and Diamond Vision. Interestingly Philips Blue vision are the only 4700K rated bulbs which are legal in germany in HID like category.
Diamond Vision has too low lumen output that the are not legal here, i had to source them from UK to tryout. After all sort of testing, i ended up at the conclusion that coated bulbs somehow are not that practical to use specially in our environment where you are always getting blind from oncoming traffic.

I have switched to HID's now and my experience is with halogens you are better off with standard bulbs. However i agree you will have better road sign illumination and off course they will look sick!!

I already mentioned that Diamond Vision are styling bulbs and not for improved visibility. Yet their output is not as low that you can't see on road. I sill have not installed Xtremes so I can't tell you my own experience. Philips DV are expensive than Xtreme. DV output is much clearer than local cheap bulbs. People now give me way early when I give them dipper from behind If I could purchase DV for my car, I could also purchase china HIDs, but I know they are even worst than DV and Xtreme for halogen housing. Its one's own choice what to install.
