@all: guys thanks for diverting the thread into a discussion about these bulbs being fake 
so here's my two cents about it:
First of all, there is a significant difference in the output of my headlights. Since the previous ones were good quality Philips bulbs also, and gave me excellent visibility as mentioned.. I wasn't expecting to find a turnaround difference as i would if i had really bad bulbs installed in the first place. But there is a major difference and I am very satisfied with their results even though my previous bulbs were great.
These bulbs might very well not be original ones, but I do have reasons to believe they could be. Now don't take me wrong, this is not emotional talk, I'm not thinking i got ripped PKR 400 and got a pair of fake bulbs I was looking for a not-so-pricey solution which I got.
Here are my reasons:
1. Packaging: As far as the packaging is concerned.. Philips Rally Bulbs don't come in just one packaging (as said by madhouse12). Please check the following links where you can find them in the same packaging as the one in my pictures:

You can see the packaging is exactly the same as the boxes with me, and the bulb too.
2. Price: As far as the price being £30 or so on the bulbs website.. That is value based pricing - they also offer a 12 month warranty on all bulbs and a set of free side bulbs and free delivery all over UK. So it makes sense to me why the bulbs from these sources would cost that much. How much do you pay for a halogen bulb normally? They are not expensive items. BUT I do know that even then 200 is dirt cheap, and I wonder how this has happened, which brings me to the next point:
3. Availability: These bulbs are not available in the whole of Karachi. I have searched for them in bulb markets, in car markets and other places and asked many people about them, nobody has even heard of them over here. I can imagine the reason for that is that perhaps one or two consignments came to Lahore/Pindi because they are only available in those cities.. These consignments could have been auctioned or something because of which the bulbs became so cheap.. I don't know

Fake Copy: I have had my share of buying products and can to a great extent tell if a product is completely fake when i see it.. and I've seen the product in my hands, the box, the bulb itself, the build quality, everything.. even compared them to my old Philips, and I can safely say they are NOT cheap copies.
5. Light: In the end, the product benefit itself is the best justification.. When i first put them and switched them on, i didn't know if there was a difference but that was in the parking lot, when I took them out on the road there was a significant difference. The light is definitely brighter and sharper.. much better visibility. And if the wattage is double, it doesn't mean the light will be double too, because most of it depends on the reflector in the headlamp..
I bought them because I thought whatever the case may be, they are excellent value for money.. and I suggest all of you guys get a pair and check it for yourself its just 400 bucks
