Which alternator will easily fit in mehran without modification...
And how many amperes??

That's a lot of stuff you have. Was the aim to go loud (spl)? Different products, different characteristics, different sounds isn't really a great way to set up a setup.

Regardless, I'd suggest you up your wiring. Is it 0/4 or 8 gauge? Do a big3 and add some inline fuses. Are you power/gnd wires ofc or cca? Even if you upgrade your alternator or add another battery, a mehrans wiring can only take so much beating. For a setup of this caliber, you would need atleast true 4 gauge ofc wiring. Do the big3 with 1/0 gauge and if it's in your budget, run 1/0 gauge or 4 gauge to your amps. Make sure the pwr and gnd wires are the same size.

Get the wiring upgrade done, then figure out your next upgrade

Once i had also done similar stuff to my mehran around 10yrs back. My electrician somehow installed civic 2005 80A alternator to my mehran. And i also got big 3 done with 2awg wire. And my setup was done by sherry bhai sound valley saddar rawalpindi. But mine was SQ setup.

I still get my things and installs done by sherry bhai. He's probably one of the few people who has stayed legit.

But like you said, a big3 is a must and the amplifier wiring too. SQ setups won't pull that much current since it's more about the listening experience and that can be achieved with very little power compared to an spl setup as the member above has. I can only imagine why his amps keep clipping

Ohhh wow...... Even my elder brother also told me to go to sound valley in saddar he was also a music lover like you 10 years back for high end sql/spl setup i said its too far from our area but now i got too many reviews about sound valley insha Allah ill visit soon for my problem...

I also got the wiring kit with the amp from company which is in USA my brother bought and the wires are also 2awg for pwr/gnd but as you told i didnt use inline fuses i think thats the problem maybe??? But the real problem is when i increase the volume All the lights (headlights, meter lights) are extremely dimming i dont know why even i replaced the stock battery to 65ah for mehran.. so whats this problem should i change the wires to 1/0 gauge??

if the provided wiring kit had 2 awg cables, can you check if they are cca or ofc? The dimming is a common occurance in any setup if there isnt enough current flow. The stock wiring in the engine bay ( alternator + battery ) is pretty thin. So despite the fact that you install a bigger battery/alternator, the stock wires won't be able to cope with the demanded current flow. Youtube what a Big3 is and get that done before anything else.

What city are you living in btw?

The inline fuse is only there for protection. It wont solve the problem of your current flow

Wires are 2 awg cca.....
As you told about the wires of engine bay are thin so i got this point but soon ill visit to sound valley.

Yup, go to sherry bhai. The wiring needs to be upgraded with ofc + do a Big3. Once done, you can look into upgrading the alternator. There were some spl build threads long back here on PW ( the good old days ) by members like blacklist1, splfanatic etc where discussions were done bout suitable alternator upgrades for small cars like mehrans, santros etc. You might find some info there
