Well I am not going to start an argument but I have to say to each his own experience I know showrooms who do not accept work of big ins companies because of deferred payments and smaller companies would stretch the mile to impress and retain the clientele I could give a huge compilation of my own experiences however am not in ur compation

How is this 10% calculated? Is it 10% depreciation of invoice or current market value?

10% of Sum insured, that is invoice price if car is new or what ever market value agreed upon.
