So how do you plan to tackle the surveyor monoply? You know when people get their fender hit, and then ask the surveyor to scratch the bumper too, so they could get it replaced as well..and brake the headlight so that can be replaced too?
I mean would you be playing the same game? Or do you have any remedy prethought for similar issues? In your place, I personally would'nt have had the gutts to say ''No'' to a customer...but in that case, one would be a part of the dirty game that's been played...no?
