i don't think so , there are only 4-5 full 5 dc models, tcl 18t5 smart, Kenwood 1838s etc1-2 chiq and enviro models are 5dc too, rest all are 3dc or entry level ones are 1dc
Suggest ac repair service in karachi near north nazimabad, ac gas leaked away from pipe i believe.... so need to refill gas and replace pipes...
I have TCL Miracle 18T3G 1.5Ton AC. It causes off and on bad smell while running and when this smell period comes the efficency of the AC drops down.I use AC at 28-29°C with ceiling fan, room in on ground level and covered from all sides.I have tried Mildew Option several times but the bad odour comes again off and on. AC was serviced at this season start.What should I do?

Bad smell on and off. Unfortunately I have to keep ventilating the room to expel the smelly air.
Cleaned it once as well on our own.

your ac might not be level and water is probably not draining causing smell when compressor is trip for extended period. you can try tilting your indoor unit from opposite side of drain hole. run at lower temp or turbo mode and see if smell occurs when compressor is running. if not then water is pooling inside unit and not draining.
When outdoor shutdown the bad smell starts coming from my tcl miracle too. I am going to wash indoor and its filters again as mold might be growing inside. I did try Auto clean function but that didn't help much. May be mold is growing inside bucket where drained water is collected and led to drain pipe.
That could be the issue. But I have relocated my Ac this year and installed it all by myself but still smell issue is there. Previously it was installed by technician and it still used to give bad smell last year although there was no issue with drain.
Thoroughly washing it will fix the issue.
No Self Cleaning option in the remote
Turn off AC from remote then press Option / Auto Clean. This option only appears when AC is off from remote.
How to use this function?
Orient App is garbageIt can only control AC But the consumption meter and room temperature and amps, these things doesn't update and are not even recorded properly. You may get watts of current time but then you cannot refresh it. You can then again close the app completely and then open it to update it. Also room temperature reading is always wrong

wow great to hear that, currently there Fairy 1, 2 and 3 are best models in T1 category and now for above models Gree is even giving warranty of 2 years on evaporator/condenser which i think no other brand is giving it.
it's just fine nothing special about this model.
you are right these above fairy models nowadays are being claimed T3 and i think before it used to come with T1 compressor anyways even if it's really coming with T3 compressor then I'm sure it would be the one that works good till 52, 53 or 54 degrees i mean not the real T3 inverter like Haier thunder inverter which works good till 63 degrees and i think a good T1 compressor even works till 50 degrees.
you are right, all models other than FITH series which @krafiq mentioned are t1
