Two air conditioners that are using same PCBs/Parts to assemble. Even remotes are same and swappable.

But the point here is both have strong air throw and cools down the room in minutes. Very energy efficient.

Got Miracle in my own bedroom and its the most efficient AC out of all that I have installed in my home.

But how about BOYCOTTING these exploiters for a season to bring them down to knees. They are literally overcharging for air conditioners and people are paying for it.

The only excuse they have is we had LCs not opening issue so we decided to unfairly raise the price and not reduce the profit margin of our seth sahab, the company owner.

Since both are using identical parts, fair to assume both have same air flow volume.

Are outdoor units same as well? What about features? Dawlance doesn't list features on its website so hard to tell from any info available online.

Yes. Almost same air flow.

It cools really quick, I am happy about that and currently haven't felt the need to use the strongest fan setting.

btw in summers, vent temp goes down to 6C

The vent temperature is dependent on the outside weather? I thought it goes to whatever the predefined temp might be once the compressor is working properly.

Saw a samsung unit in Afzal electronics Islamabad Blue area it was above 300k for 2 Ton.

Delta T is dependent on outside temp (and indoor humidity also)
ac EER decreases by each degree increase in outside temp
that's why EER mentioned under T3 conditions is approximately 30-35% lower than EER under T1 conditions (BTUs decrease while input power also increases at the same time) (paki assemblers skip this, only T1 stats are mentioned on stickers)

I am planning to buy a 1.5 inverter AC. So far I have used gree/orient/haier. Experience with haier was best. Other two were not good in peak heat days.

Now I am confused about the TCL T3 inverter. I had never heard about TCL inverters before until my neighbors got one ( its just one week he bought so its too early to ask him about the reviews about tcl ). But the question is, are TCL inverters good? Any complaints about the coils? I actually went to market today and saw the T3 Pro A model. The inner of that is huge like a 2Ton ac.

So anyone having experience with TCL inverters can guide?

The shop keepers are recommending TCL over Haier due to 2 reasons. One, they say Haier is having more complaints these days in the PCB ( ac service/repairing guy says with inner's coil as well ). And secondly haier is now using R32a which had some incidents so people are a bit afraid of buying those. The gas issue i think might be related to the psi if its over then there can be blast with any gas.

And also 2 different shops they said TCL is almost zero complaints comparing to haier.

tcl is in air conditioner market since 2000, in pakistan since +-2019
tcl penetrated paki market with miracle
later on tcl launched T-Pro series in 2021
I have t3 pro since 2022
Elite and 18t5 have relatively lower market share

The inner of that is huge like a 2Ton ac.

yes TCL is using the same ditto indoor for both 1.5 and 2-ton variants that's why it's huge, only difference b/w 1.5 and 2 ton is outdoor
by the way, if you got a bigger room, like 2250-2500ft3+, then you can consider 2 ton as it's cheaper considering price/ton

TCL is almost zero complaints comparing to haier.

He was saying T3 Pro A model does not have the T3 compressor. According to him its just the model name. The actual model with T3 compressor is their new one T5 model.

I doubt his words but he made me confused. Reason for considering T3 pro series was mainly the T3 compressor and the price difference between Haier's marvel model and TCL T3 pro is only 20k.

Tcl T-Pro, 18T5, Miracle, all 3 are T3 climate, that's even mentioned on website and user manual too

There is room for error here though. The website says that 2 Ton TCL T3 pro has 24000 BTU heating capacity but in actual as per the sticker on outdoor the heating capacity for the 2 Ton model is 26000 BTU.

because back then, 2 Ton T pro rated btus were 24000 and max Btus were 27300

Same sticker as this one, for cooling it has 24k BTU capacity and for heating it has 26k BTU but on website it says that heating BTU is also 24k. PFB the pic:

Been working great. Let’s see how it performs this season.

@ahmar.mirza most of these inverter ACs are hit or miss. You will find complaints about any model and company online.

I have some other brand units too working fine.

But the top models of TCL: miracle, T3 pro, and now T5 do look like solid quality among all these Chinese brands like Haier, dawlance etc.

Any unit can develop a fault so don’t think that tcl is fault free.

Looking to get an AC gas / refrigerant leak detector. What would be a good and decent price one ?
That works on r410 r32 gas.

Or any other good method except using soapy water

Yeah that's the issue with all of these ACs (parts imported from China)

Even Dawlance Mega T has same issues because they are also importing parts from same vendor in China.

They all reset to default when power fails rendering GEN mode useless which is supposed to keep amperes limited on power failure if you wish to run AC on small generators and UPS.

Chinese are very good at copying features but they fail to polish them because they are not the innovators but just copycats.
