Recently purchased PEL Jumbo. It was free delivery and installation by pel. So far it is working fine. PAKREF guy says it is full DC ( 5 DC ). Price 78900. Notable specs are SEER 4.3. Air Flow Volume 1200 m3

Congrats. Specs are incredible. Any parts waranty? Like usually they give one year part warranty.

Specs of pel looks good. Even they have mentioned their evaporator material. Most brands just mention of copper installation kits.

From price point of view, pel, dawlance, tcl, changhong ruba, orient are similar.
While haier, gree, kenwood a lil bit higher in price.
Baqi imported ka apna apna class hai.
New brands like homage and ecostar are also price in lower group.
Though all brands are priced similarly but some brands depending on its marketing and popularity are priced accordingly.

I am planning to purchase a 1.5 ton inverter AC in lahore. Have read through most of this thread. Already bought a TCL miracle should be delivered by Saturday. Needed to buy another one and was deciding between Gree as its the brand now or go for the cheapest possible inverter 1.5 ton like dawlence as read good things about it here.

So I just went out for some stuff and saw a gree 18CITH11S installed there so of course checked it out but what surprised me was that the sticker of EU label showed EER 3.3 whereas on the website it is mentioned as 3.6 !!! so if everything about EER here is false anyway so was thinking to go for another TCL as atleast its full DC.

Suggestions would be welcome.. attaching the pic

Bought Kenwood 1838s today from their official website. It was delivered free of cost with in 4 days. Will post a detailed review once it's installed.

So I bought TCL miracle AC got it installed. The installation was professional I asked for vacuum and they did it. Everything was provided in the box small rubber feet for outdoor unit extra long drainage pipe. Even tough looking cream colored tape to cover the outdoor tubes. Nice touch was a small packet of plaster of paris.

The air throw is really phenomenal , has 6 air speed levels and up down and right left air setting on remote. Can even select if you want to limit power input to 2 , 4 or 6 A. Been only a couple of hours since installation lets see how it holds up.

Running well really good air throw like its a full fan. On quiet mode its a whisper. About amps don't have an amp meter so cant measure.

Got it for 75 k direct from TCL website. The official 3rd party installer from TCL installed it and I asked them that I wanted vacuum before like in the installation manual and he agreed to do it. I got it in Lahore they installed the same day it got delivered within a few hours.

Salam. I wanted to buy another AC for room size 12 x 15 feet 180 sqfeet. I am a bit confused about the size of AC required as on international website they go recommending around 6-8000 BTU to be sufficient for this size but local websites recommend 1.5 ton i.e 18000 BTU why such a big difference.
