with actual real vacuum pump or with fridge compressor secondly do they have guages? because vacuum is useless without guage

Copper and aluminum they both have very high thermal conductivity. Yet due to greedier mentality of manufacturers (copper coils fail earlier) and less under standing of end user, aluminum pipes are not used in domestic split air conditioning despite the fact they are sturdier than copper tubing and cheaper too. They don't easily corrode like copper pipes and develop cracks / holes.

That's the reason aluminum is used for manufacturing of evaporator / condenser / connecting pipes in vehicles. They last decades.

Aluminum only has 60% of the heat conductivity as that of copper.

As Copper coils are more conductive they use it there.... but they are making it thin to save money, which result in cracks and holes....

Lol. Copper corrodes too easily. Do you want your cars' ac leak every few months due to the gutter water of roads and chemicals used for washing/detailing your car? Also aluminum is lighter than copper.

And aluminum has a lot better heat dissipation capability than copper. So use of aluminum in condenser would actually increase overall efficiency of HVAC system.

I usually clean filters every 20-30 hours of running... And also if i feel the need then pick up toothbrush and water spray bottle and clean the fins...

Is it alone enough for should use any cleaning product on fins....

And secondly, is there any need to wash or clean the outdoor unit? It seems clean, not clogged...

Wow. Your frequency of cleaning filters every 20 - 30 hours is too high. Why don't you just simply uninstall the filters and get rid of all the trouble.

Yes, previously i dont have to do that much, but there is construction going on nearby our house so it gets quite dirty in very less time, and have to clean it, if i dont clean it aftet 40 hours of running the airflow would be reduced by 80%... and i don't want it's inner fins to be dirt ...
As it is really hard to clean them properly with just water, that's i asked if there is any product which makes cleaning easier...

Why don't you just simply uninstall the filters and get rid of all the trouble.

I have a small room it needs 1ton. In my recent visit to market shopkeepers were saying that Gree and Haier are better amongst others. There were different models Gree fairy without wifi was quoted for 104k and pular for 90k. Similarly for Haier one model was for 80-82k and other one was 90-92k. Upon asking for dawlance, orient or kenwood most of shopkeepers told that they are similar from inside and have lower built quality than those two brands. Hence they weren’t recommending it.

Haier, gree are giving 4 Years pcb warranty...
With 10 years compressor warranty...

Dawlance 4 years pcb and 12 years compressor warranty...

I will suggest you to buy Haier AC..
