Assalamu Alaikum, if both ACs connected to same energy meter means getting same voltage and filters are clean then it could be gas or something else

They are all generic Chinese ac that are rebadged here.

Then it could be refrigerant gas issue. Fouled gas or may be low pressure. Check if R410A gas pressure is between 115 - 120 psi at max amperes.

well the ac has not been moved since it has been installed, how could there be low pressure.

what should be the vent temperature when the AC is set at 26?

Minor leakage from flare nuts / joints could cause drop in pressure over the years.

It is best practice to check refrigerant pressure of split ACs each year to confirm that there is no drop in pressure.

At 16°C set temperature and max amperes it should be between 7 - 10°C.

Dear all kindly do not compare absolute vent temperatures. It depends on many factors such as BTUs of AC, outdoor under shade or not, airflow, compressor speed, blower speed, condition(dirty or not) of coils, age of coils and inlet temperature.
You should only compare the delta temperature of your own AC i.e. difference between inlet and outlet temperatures when compressor is running at max power and blower fan is running at medium speed. Delta temperature of 10-15C means your AC is working fine.

Gree has different remotes and maybe they are having their own indoor and outdoor units.

Difference between indoor unit air intake temp (in my room around 33.5-34.5C) and vent temperature (around 13-14C) so delta T is difference between both, which is around 20-21C in my case (with 550m3, fan on full speed)

Gree is not included. Gree has their own units with own compressors.

Inner coils comes with or without evaporator? I was told its come as a complete set and for orient 1.5 ton inverter its costing 31k.

Just to be clear. The piping Gree uses for connecting indoor and outdoor unit is not copper, rather is silver.
The U Bends/coils used in indoor and outdoor unit are made of copper.

Man it's a thing of common sense. No one could afford original silver pipes. Silver is very very expensive. (Rs 1334 per 10 grams today).

Even shopkeepers know it but they will just keep lying like braindead idiots.
