Aoa, Sorry for the late reply. The weather got cool here in Isb and was unable to use the AC much. Used it once the day it was installed and then today
It's performing really good, but weather again today isn't very hot and it was cloudy here in Isb.
Ijaz AC Installer RWP/ISB (RECOMMENDED) :0312 5191054
Someone had shared the number here for installers with Vacuum Pump I called them and had them agree to vacuum the lines for 20 mins and no less. Asked them that I will send back the installers if they come without one. Ijaz sb agreed. and sent his technicians. Their installation charges were PKR 2500/- very reasonable almost all installers install with roughly the same amount. They brought rustam brackert charged me PKR 1900/- for it. Vacuumed the lines for 23-24 mins and the pressure when the AC was running was 120 mmhg, I'd asked about this value before installation and they gauge showed the same after the installation. Happy with the installation. Previously had 2 ACs installed by Friends Electric their installation was good as well they used vacuum pump as well and the installation was clean as well but they were expensive. However, the experience with Ijaz Sb was better.
I called Friends electric this time as well but they were more expensive, their installation charges were around PKR 4500/- so I opted for Ijaz sb.
AC Review
I had been looking at multiple ACs was able to find Gree Fairy 1W but it was very expensive PKR 290k (shipping not included) vs PKR 223k for TCL with shipping.
Got the AC from daraz. I had been looking at indoor and outdoor weight along with other specs. TCLs T3 Pro has the lightest outdoor unit with a Net Weight of 37 kg. The indoor's Net Weight is at 15kg. The outdoor unit was the only thing that was holding me back from TCL for reference Gree Fairy 1W outdoor unit's Net Weight is 57kg, we have a 1.5 Ton CITH and it's outdoor unit weighs at 48kg. In my opinion the extra money for the Gree's Fairy 1W 2 Ton was not worth it. However, the outdoor unit on the T3 Pro is big in size, and looks bigger than the 1.5 Ton ACs. Don't have an idea about the efficiency so can't comment if the lighter outdoor should be a deciding factor or not. But TCL's T3Pro cools the room really quick the room is larger than 320 sqft, there is an open dining room adjacent to it as well. It also has a very nice and convenient app, gives the electricity stats as well, no real time ampere or stats though. As for today's stats, ran the AC for about 1.76 hours and it has consumed 3.00 kwh of electricity as per the app.
Well the AC has performed really well today, cooling the space quickly, the lowest vent temperature that I saw was 8.5°. Have to see how well it performs in peak summers. The AC is installed on the ground floor.
