I have booked Corolla Altis Grande 1.8 CVT through Toyota GT Motors. According to their letter the delivery months is February, 2019 but on Indus Motors website http://www.toyota-indus.com/invoicing-status/ it says April 2019. On phone they cant tell the date or week. What is the use of online status facility ot on call status from 0800-11123?
Normally it works according to their site .u can however call and check..send email to
customer.relations@toyota-indus.com
W A Sallam I tried mail, filled online form and called onphone too, They did not answer mail, on call told me that February is invoicing month, stll online status check says its April.
Wiered because i have always been responded over email in no time..feb is about to end so keep checking if the status changes to invoiced then Expect 10 more dayd for vae to arrive.. that's whats happened with me in Lahiy
