Well. I didn't had idea. First, I went there on 25th of December, with the hope that they might be Open, but they were closed. Next day, I again went there, and I was literally surprised to look at the store. Customers compartment, and also where owner(s) sit is relatively small, but the store itself is literally huge.
I also think that they are one of the biggest oil dealers in Lahore, and there was so much rush that I had to wait for 5-10 minutes to have my engine oil. And you are right, whether you buy 01 L, 1000 L, 01 carton, 01 pack, etc. rate is the same.
Yes, you are very right. Actually you can call it luck or chance, I could not get Total Quartz 9000 Future Series in my desired packing of 1L from there (the oil I recommend everyone), and was a bit heartbroken. In fact, I could not get 5w-30, API SN / SN Plus, fully synthetic engine oil from any brand in my desired packing of 1L or 3L! Can you believe that? 
They only had 4L packing. Now since Total Quartz 9000 Future Series is not offered in 3L packing, I wanted 1L (and later 1L x 3 for 1KR-FE engine oil change every-time) packing carton but it was finished. So, I was left with no other choice other than ZIC A+ 5w-20. I did not had time (had to return to the Federal Capital) and I had to buy, and buy from the Pakistan Oil Store only (Discount was not the preference, although it matters! Authenticity was the main reason!) so I bought it, otherwise, I might not have.
Well, I have used ZIC A+ 5w-20 for the very first time this time, and tbh, I have concluded that it is also reasonably Good! 
(And I was also in 1 of those 99. Just kidding )
In my early days at Pakwheels, I read your thread completely but did not believe; was a bit skeptical, however, with the passage of time, I realized and believed and when I myself went and experienced there, it was truly amazing!
