Is front number plate on a bike necessary?

I have been using a bike for over a year, with original number plate(duplicate but same replica) displayed clearly on the back. Is it necessary for me to add a number plate on the front? Even if the bike doesn't have a pre-installed hook to attach it on front? Do I have to modify and attach an extra hook to display it on front?

I have been driving for a while but didn't have any trouble yet but I just need to know if it is necessary according to Pakistan Traffic Law, as I cant find the Law online.

Its important to display registration plate at front & back both.
Consider yourself lucky if you have not come in notice yet. If anyone stops and find it, then you may receive hefty fine for it.

How much is the fine, for not displaying it in the front.

Depends on the mood of officer and also the type of officer.
On the road there are different types of raids from different departments like
Excise & customs, Traffic Police, Dolphin Squad, Regular Police, etc.

So it depends who stops and also the mood of the officer.

I believe better to have it display at front to avoid facing any possible odd situation in future.

Alright, so there is no fixed fine, the officers just want different bribes then?
