Is it Good to install 660 cc in ALTO VXR instead of its oringal 1000 cc engine?

No manufacturer rolls out cars from factory with water in the cooling system. Even Saazgar Rickshaw has coolant in the system.LoL.

They might use CNG with water coolant system next time for their rockets.
