Is it worth to buy a New/Used Honda Pridor 100cc with tight budget?

I was searching for good YBR or GD in used condition but couldn't get in Karachi.
And after those useless efforts I decided to purchase Pridor & I got one by the grace of God. Thanks to Almighty Allah.
Its 2021.

It depends, I change car because I need one. If you're into motorcycles then I guess this bike is definitely worth it. If you have the budget it will be best to purchase a new one.

I am in a similar position, I already have a Chonda 70 CC and planning to upgrade to better bike. CG 125 and Suzuki 110 are both too much expensive; if I invest in this bike [don't care much about resale as I want to keep it for long time], is it worth the purchase?

Being a Honda, Pridor maintenance is easy and cheap too.
Consider it oil + air filter (~700-750 after every 1000km).
Also Honda mechanics are everywhere. Dealerships are also everywhere.

Dear All members :

I want to share my experience of running Pridor after 4500 km .

As said by @ ibaloch777 yes the maintenance / service is cheaper as compare to YBR or Suzuki brand. Also Honda dealers are available in all major cities and towns. Fuel consumption is good and also its comfortable than 125 or 70. But here I will share my experience after purchasing the Pridor, which I suggest that Honda should consider it very seriously.

1. After running approx 4500km so far the engine sound is not normal.(Cussion gear noise / goonj is there, which irritate you while driving on clam road) (The Honda mechanic told me " App chalao isko khuch dinn baad sub set ho jaye ga. sub ki awaz aisi hi hoti hy) Till from starting I was using Honda Atlas Oil then shifted to Zic M9 fully synthetic oil (as suggested by some Pridor users), the engine sound remain same. and after running 20 to 25 km in city area(when engine is hot) the sound changes and lot of noises came from it. (note tappets are tight during tuning from Honda)

2. 2nd gear khattak sound is still there. Honda dont have ability to rectify it. But if u change 2nd gear below 10km speed it will make slow noise.

3. Some time clutch assembly make jerks while you drive in heavy traffic or in rush (when you release clutch)

4. Honda has decreased lots of quality. They have no done done QC (quick check) with responsibility.

5. Front Wiser vibration / rear tail light are still there.

Now the price of Pridor has reached Rs. 130,500/- What we are getting after paying this amount? If Atlas Honda can't provide Self Start / Disk brake/Alloy rim / IBS etc rather they should provide some quality product. There is no quality control deptt. I have complained the problems and dealer says " All Pridors have these sounds so no problem."

1. My Plug coil was found damaged once I got delivery of Pridor from show room, The dealer sent it in claim ( it was June 2021) Now its (end of Nov 2021) till now I have not received my faulty part even despite visiting / phone calls to dealer and to Atlas Honda Customer Service.. I must say ' they have very Poor Service.

Still want to buy Honda...!

Thank you sir for the kind feedback; I also visited a genuine Honda dealer near my residence; he advised me not to buy the priodor, because of some known issue with the clutch plates, which is also not covered in any warranty; instead, he advised me to buy CD70 dream instead; I later had a conversation with my mechanic, he also advised me same.

Thinking to go for 70 dream.... Kindly, any suggestion please...?

I think CD Dream is better option. Its economical in fuel / price.

But if u have budget and can made expense upto 125000 to 130000 then go for YBZ OR GD 110. You will get a good condition (YBZ) 2019 -20 model. Although these bikes's parts are little bit expensive but u will get quality ride with power. Fuel consumption of YBZ is also good @ 50 - 55km / l.
About GD110 I dont have idea of exact fuel consumption but idea is that it can give (GD110) 40 - 45m/L.

Last night visited a big Honda showroom, he had cd70 dream but he asked me why not go for pridor, I told him because of clutch plate known issue, he said company is keen on delivering quality product so such issues are dealt by the company so product quality is not compromised..... Confused...
