Is liqui Moly good enough for Corolla Gli 2013 or should I go for local?

My personal choice is Total Quartz 9000. Its an excellent oil. I have 2014 Corolla and I change it every 5000km.

Its imported and much better than ZIC and shell.

Liqui Moly and Mobil are no doubt better than Total but I will recommend you "Normal Oil and Lesser Kilometers" because of pollution in here.

If, after all this you choose Liqui Moly or Mobil then make sure Oil Filter is of better quality as well otherwise its no use.

Tested and checked. Change mobil 1 at 10k kms or 8months max. Use genuine oil filter only.
It can last 12k kms easily and after that it will deshape.
10k kms is the safe limit for Mobil 1. I used it for 35k kms without an issue.

Only thing stopping me is i drive almost 800 a month..this means, its around 6.5k kms in 8 months

Yes Mobil
5w30 is also really good. But it is very expensive so cost to quality ratio is not as good as liquimoly.
Like Mobil is around 8200 and lm 5w30 molygen around 6800.

And yes i use genuine filter or vic.

Yeah mobil1 is expensive but actually i get 20% off on mobil1 from filter house...so for me its a good discount

Yar I'm sticking with Lm from a long time, like 10 years. So I don't like to experiment. Mobil & amsoil are acceptable too.

Bro you're little wrong here. Drain intervals mainly depends upon sump oil capacity. I got 1.8 cvti rolla which need 4.7L when it is dry and 4.2L at oil change with oil filter change.
I changed total 5w30 at 5000kms, and the oil color was just dark golden instead of light golden. In case of vitz which only needs 3.1L at time of oil change, things will be different at oil change. I won't rate total 5w30 less then others as it is also imported directly from singapore.
I have used Mobil 1 and liqui moly before.
Liqui moly 5w40 synthoil hightech struggles between 9-10k kms, and same goes for molygreen 5w40/ leichlauf hightech 5w40. LM is good upto 8k kms: for 2zrfe.
Mobil 1 5w50 can go beyond 10k kms easily, but I used to change at 10k just to stay on the safe side.

I was satisfied on Mobil 1, but changed to total 5w30 just because of budget.

Major confusion is that if we replace after 5000kms, then even taglon seems affordable as its around same price as quartz 9000. 5w-50 grade of Taglon is pretty wiered but not sure why Toyota Indus opted to provide this grade oil...prople.constantly using Taglon have perfectly fine car engines even after 100k kms. Though i always find replacement of synthetic oil after 5000kms, a wastage of money

Well this is debate that has no end, some will say lm is good some will say havoline is good, some will debate on sump capacity so brothers i would say don't try teaching me that im wrong or right because u know amount of projects i have done and you also know about the experience i have. So when i speak something i never speak those things which are just mere assumptions. I have always tested things, did plenty of research & my manufacturers both state 15k km drain interval.
But even than i have kept a safe distance of 10-13k km. So haseeb bhai this debate has no end, i have basically tested on like 50+ vehicles of different brand but i suggest end users 8-10k and these oils are good. Liquimoly, amsoil, Mobil.

Yes I agree that you got much more exposure and physical experience with engines. This debate has no end, but LM only got 5w40 api SM synthoil hightech in Pakistan.
All others are synthetic technology.

Yeah exactly i have basically tested the maximum, minimum, cold, hot and overload conditions of 5w30 lm molygen /AAtec/Mobil 5w30 so I've compared the results and reached to the conclusion i mentioned above...and yes haseeb bhai that's why now i only suggest those who direct ask me about oil suggestions. I hope you understand my point bro.

That oil isn't a fullysynthetic. Indus is claiming shit. No specification sheet is available either at indus or dealership. No online data available as well.

Bus bhai..till warranty yehi museebat hai for customer. They will not stamp.warranty card otherwise. Now they are offering 3 yrs/100k kms warranty btw
