Dont think theyre serious about this. Esp about setting up local assembly. May just use the incentives to sell the discounted CBU units to make a quick buck and that’l be the end of story.

After that doesnt hurt to stay registered as an ‘auto manufacturer’ and reap whatever new perks/handouts the government throws your way.

Spend some bucks marketing these chinese cbu units at a shop or shopping mall.

Sell them.

Earn profit.

Leave the vehicles on aliexpress rehmo Karam.

There's no ecosystem of Chinese spare parts and imports here.
