Is there any way to increase the Fuel Economy of Swift Dlx?

Recently i bought swift Dlx 2012. It's fuel consumption is 11 km/l. Can anything be installed in the engine to support efficiency?

the lowest economy I've got is 9.7/litre in summers with 24/7 AC inside city and highest 14/litre on intercity travel without AC.

Average fuel consumption for the time I've had it is exactly 12.5/litre which is pretty good imo.

Mine minimum was 9.1 and max on locl was 13.77(local)

Fuel consumption with Ac in city driving is very less, about 8-10 kmpl but during winters without Ac mine gives 12-14. Driving style also effects fuel consumption meaning if you give high race before changing gears then fuel consumption will be high.

1. Get Engine Oil Changed.
2. Get Complete tuning done from an authorised suzuki showroom
   3.Always keep tyre pressure as recommended (32 in front and 30 in back tyres)

I have 2012 Swift too and it gives me 13.9 / L.

Swift can give 13.9 in city. (only in dreams)

No brother. I also get same average (even more) within local city. I can confirm nayefs is right here.

use 5w40 fully synthetic engine oil with orignal suzuki oil filter.
use only suzuki genuine air filter,
gap spark plugs at 1mm

you can get 14+ average

It depends on the general car health and mainly on your driving style . i have 2014 DLX with 41k on the odo ..i mostly drive with light foot and doesnot exceed 2500 RPM while changing gears .i keep my swift with lot of care .. using PSO high octane and i dont know whether somebody would believe it or not . its giving me 15+ in city and i have checked it many times . if i drive it harsh then yes it drops to 13.5-14 kmpl ..

Run your 70cc at around 30 to 40 and you will good fuel economy.

Using genuine air filter, genuine oil filter from suzuki
stock copper spark plugs

Liqui Moly 5w40 fully synthetic engine oil
Liqui Moly 75w90 fully synthetic gear oil.

My two cents. using swift Automatic variant since 2017.
highway / motorways = 15 to 16 with AC
city = 12 to 13 even plus.. with AC

engine oil = 5w40 fully synthetic

more importantly, its a 1300cc Plus engine ..... not 660 or 1000 so do not compare it with low powered engines and their mileage. one cannot expect high mileage in city...
it gives you instant power and boost to enhance your driving pleasure, if someone concerned about mileage above 16 / 18 etc. then better to buy hybrid / electric car or low powered engine car.

last but not least, always drive gently to improve mileage of your car.

my 2013 DLX gives me 10.5 (with a lottttt of idling with AC in city) and 12+ with ac in city otherwise.

highway at 120+ speed 15.5 -16 kmpl and at 100 speed it can go around 17-18 i think

Using Valvoline 5w40 fully synthetic with genuine Suzuki oil filter and genuine Suzuki air filter, Denso VK20 iridium spark plugs.
