Yupp .. kuch din pehly us ka engine 1st time open krwaya ha ... connecting rod awaz kr gya tha ... wo dalwaya ha .... or mazy ki bat ha .. connecting papa k pas 93 ka he para hua tha .. geniun jo k ab ni ata us jesa or sath me cluth plate b pri hui thi tab ki wo b dalwa li hn .. mechnic rod or clutch plate dek k heran hua tha ye bht he ala hn

As we are discussing clutch and gear box problems here my CG clutch is making weird problems now a day's whenever i am in traffic jams or the engine heats up a bit after riding constantly for 7-8 km the clutch totally stops responding become loose clutch wire is alright.
Is there something wrong with clutch plates or clutch housing.?

There is no other problem pick is fine gear shifting is fine.!

As we are discussing clutch and gear box problems here my CG clutch is making weird problems now a day's whenever i am in traffic jams or the engine heats up a bit after riding constantly for 7-8 km the clutch totally stops responding become loose clutch wire is alright.
Is there something wrong with clutch plates or clutch housing.?

no brother there's no problem with clutch plates or clutch hosing this also happens with my cd70 but only when bike is heated up, clutch stops to respond so i had to tight the wire and it's cold i had to loose the wire.....as much as i know this may be because of viscosity of oil as you know temperature effects viscosity and when oil become weak it's effected more.

Atleast running period ya first 500km atlas honda ka oil ise karo baad me jonsa marzi oil use krr lo CG ko koi khass faraq nahi parta bss oil orignal ho fake naa ho...!
Menay bohat saray oil's experiment kiye hain lekin koi minor sa difference b nahi hota just thori si awaz kam ho jati ha ya zyada viscosity pe depend kartay huay.

Taiz to koi nahi bhagta awaz kam ho jay gi ya zyada depending on viscosity aur minor si vibration pe b faraq paray ga just. Baki bhagnay wali baat ghalat ha. Bhagnay me 10w40 oil meray according better ha 20w50 pe awaz kam ho jati ha aur 19,20 ka performance pe b faraq prr jata ha.
