Take a test ride look for unwanted noises.
Cam gear noises are quite common in these bikes you would hear a ghoooooon type of sound from right side of cylinder continuously once the engine warms up.
Look for the problem's with the frame of bike.
Check if bike gives smoke blue/white. Probably ring piston or valve seals are shot then.
Check for the condition of spark plug if iys reddish brown then its fine if its sooty black then there might be some problem with engine.
Check for clutch noises and operation when engine is warmed up and hot.
You have decided to buy an old bike so be ready to get some work done.
