Others Get It Open And Grind And Put Bearings But Never Bother A CHECK

Who Buy 150rs Gauge And Less Than 200rs Adopter And pipe And Who Will Undo Oil Switchr And Check OIL Pressure????? What If They Broke Switch..Have To BUY NEW ONE Janab

can any one advise me, i recently replace all four wheel bearing, this job was done by pressing machine, (3-4 MONTHS AGO) now the problem is one of my wheel bearing start creating noise again, at 40km/p speed or above, the voice is coming from might be front driving side or may be some where of rear, m fed up with this any assistance?

hmm - I have pressed in several dozen bearings with both hydraulic press and screw type press I made, if you have the correct size spacers it will be OK - if you install the bearing incorrect or forgot some seals or grease - of course it will rumble.

how could you re size the crank shaft to STD,by welding some materials on it?
In local mechanic terminology they call it sprayed crank and that is not better than a ground crank,it could become the cause of tearing the small chips from`the crank shaft later inside a running engine.

Lolx True....Infact No One Bothers....! All They Want Is Problem Solved In Matter Of Hours....Unless Or Until They Get Tired Of Paying And Then They Look Around After Spending Handsome Amount...!!

get a 0-120 psi gauge. get an adapter from a hydraulics shop with exact same threads as the oil switch - its regular tapered pipe thread. Insert and check oil pressure, it would max out at about 80 psi cold and settle to a minimum of 15-18 psi. Anything lower than that means the oil pump is losing prime due to itself being worn or the crank being worn out.

The CB engines have a charecterisitic rattly sound under load, mechanics think its small end sound but its not. 99% of noise cases in the CB SOHC engines are worn out rocker shafts and rockers, I have also seen a lot of worn out camshaft bearings too. Dont rely on feel to fix it - use proper screw gauges and internal calipers to measure clearances. When you are repairing - notice the oil jet in the block, if its missing smack yourself and kick a wall - its very hard to find brand new.

When correctly setup the CB23 engine revs and sounds very very smooth - because it has a balancer shaft inside it.

so bro whats the solution of rocker shaft and rocker noise in cb 23 engine......
my mechanic is saying that thay will grind or polish the shaft and this noise will gone than....
is this the proper way or should it be replaced???

Bro I have recently got the same problem of Goonj (echo) like sound in my car (honda accord 1988) and I even hear this sound when car is neutral. And when I go in first gear I feel something is some feeling in steering and floor. Jaisay koi ragar lag rahi ho kisi cheez ki, specially wheels may.
I get it checked with mechanic, he said it not coming from engine, he said its coming from AC compressor bearings. I don't know if it can make that sound cause I hear this sound even when AC is off.
Please suggest if somebody knows good honda mechanic in Lahore.
