@ MalikNasir..Malik saab.. im fine kuch aisa khas naien..asal main when i reahced lahore, there was no light in my hostel and the light was all day gone and due to that, water was also finished in the tanks. So from the heat of the weather, i got some mild fever ..but nothing serious..Thank U very much for ur concern Malik G.
