i think khyber nxt to cultus was looking sweet, swift shud have been parked nxt to it. aur acha lagta, kum se kum Pakistani market mei dats how they are.

yeah I can understand
parts are really a big problem
I have the experience and though its a khyber and almost all the major parts are still available but the quality of those local assembled spare parts is so pathetic that you have to think twice that do you really need the part to be changed or not.
when you ask the dealers that why the parts are not available they just simply say that " Bhai 11 saal hogaye gari ko band hue we to ab parts kahan se milain ge? "
and then you are directed to the local kabarias such as sultan ka khu or gawalmandi and its so frustrating to hunt for the required parts from the scrap and then paying 150 bucks for just a gear oil drainage nut :S

now imagine looking for parts for a 36-year-old left-hand-drive VW,.. :eek:

I went through Chopper's post and the number plates on both the cars are different. Chopper's Ride is 975 whereas the car standing there is 1111

but you know that swift was the new thing in market so it had the privilege to stand apart from the crowd

I can
one of my friend used to own a beetle
and I often went with him for tuning or repairs and I knew that how frustrating it was to hunt for those parts
there was a workshop somewhere in saddar from where he used to get the beetle fixed and that guy only dealt with VW
Im sure you must be having knowledge about this guy as you also own a beetle
