It was a nice meet, good way to spend a sunday. I have a suggestion for the next one though. It would be nice if everyone could wear name tags with their PW nick, like SPANO was wearing. It would make it easier to tell who is who.

I fully endorse this excellent suggestion ... At the motor show, I saw couple of persons wearing name tags ...

If it is not too much work, then the organizers may prepare the name tags .. but since the actual participants may differ from those who actually participate ... therefore, it might be better if a template is created and members should fill in their details and make their own name tags.

Ideally, all members should get their name tags, but considering the 100K plus membership, it would require considerable expense and effort ,,, so this idea of mine has "practicality issues"

Yup, looks good. As for the cost factor, everyone can just print it out themselves, shouldn't be that costly.

For sake of uniformity, one of the alternatives is to print out some sheets with multiple tags. At the time of the event, the participants may write down their name and PW ID ..

They can fix the TAGs with some clip or bring their own Name Tag holder/ neck strap

Wonderful event! It was truly a pleasure meeting Hanif Bhai and other Pak Wheelers. Also was good to see some of teh IJC vehicles in a laid back environment. Adding some pics from my side, but don't have as many as had to leave early....
