Sorry I was busy with some other stuff after reaching back.
So in a nutshell, this trip was awesome with some mishaps and limitations due to petrol availability and return date limitation by few members.
My plan was to reach atleast Chillas on first day and for that I played little mischievous . Mischievous in a sense that I know one can travel much more on first day than any other day. Most of the members had already been upto Naran and Babusar Top, so I wanted to travel without any pause in this area, so that we can have maximum time to explore the rest area. For that, I just told them about kilometers and kept them neglected about the curvy road (which limits your speed as compared to straight road) and when ever they asked me that its too much now and lets stop I just told them, "Yar abhi tu 40km aye ho" Anyways we camped first at Jalkhad.
Also on the way to Naran, there were huge traffic jams. first some 20 km ahead of Balakot, then near Kiwai, then in Kaghan and finally in Naran. We being on bikes were able to move through but even then this all wasted our 3-4 hours.
Further reaching Jaglot, we were informed about the petrol situation in ahead areas by returning bikers and that turned out true later reaching there and that also ruined our plans. Some members were not willing to keep their fuel tanks full all time and that also caused rescheduling of plan again and again.
Some members were not familiar with camping before and hence were not proactive because of their illiteracy in this field. Further more, 3 minor accidents and one little severe added its further -ve role in trip.
Overall, it was enjoyable and a learning experience for all of us.
