ITP License Renewal

i dont think ITP will charge any charges for visiting ..just visit and you will know everything

so far non of these things are required .....

just visit ....and get token and if c or what ever form is required ..get it from f-8 ...just 1 km away ..n get back

Don't understand - If doctor is sitting inside why Form C is required. It was included in the previous practice, they provide a printed copy alongwith printed photo and we have to report doctor for signing ..

there didnt use to b any C form, dont know y it is now, n i think they need pic to paste on the form

It is very hard to visit ITP office for a working person or even student that too without any fruit. I visited twice due to less information and I was abusing myself why I was ignorant.

Try to call their helpline, may they give you clue. Once I was a source there, he is left ITP now.

so went today, reached there at 8:10, there was quite a line which double by 8:30
got free by 9:15
just needed expired license and a copy of cnic

What about the renewal of old copy/book type driving licenses. Are post offices still renewing them as it was for 20 rupees per year and I got my wife's d/l renewed two years ago from I-10 post office but just affixing 60 rupees stamps for three years.

yes i think u can still renew by just getting those stamps, most easy stuff, no tension of going to itp n renew every 5 years

Just read your post regarding drivers license renewal. Do they always do eye sight check when renewing license? I have read many posts, and only yours mentions eyesight check. What city did you apply in?

Yes - I can confirm
An optician check eye site, however, possibility of skip cannot be ignored, as we are living in our beloved country. 4-5 times, I have experienced eye site checking ..

Don't worry about eye check. If your eyesight is weak they check it when you are wearing glasses. With glasses 6/6 and you pass the test.

i had my ITP driver license renewed in Jan 2018.

The process was following:

a. go to ITP office
b. you'll be given a token number (mine was 100). i reached at around 9am.
c. when your number is called go inside the office.
d. a new token number will be issued.
d. get your CNIC photocopy attested by the Medical Officer, he didn't check anything just stamped it.
e. wait for your turn
f. when your token number (new one) is called go to the respective window
g. submit your attested CNIC copy and original ITP license.
f. submit the fee in the same window. i paid 800rs (i hope iam not wrong, dont remember exactly) for urgent
h. my card was printed with in 5 minutes.
i. that was pretty much.

total time taken: i went at 9am and was free by 1130am
ps: the best part about URGENT is you dont have to come again and there was no queues. so if you do job or have a busy schedule i would recommend going for the urgent renewal.

also there was no other form or anything required. just your CNIC having address of Islamabad otherwise you may need additional document.
