I know buddy but it does not make any sense... If you buy the car from abroad you have to pay up front. If "Asim" (The Pak Jaguar dealer) Paid for the cars and they reached Karachi, Why did not he claim .... as per the invoices above

so so bad.... i have heard that their land rover thingy was opposed by sigma...... resistance was offered.....
and they also bifurcated thier dealership/partnership with porshce guys.....
well the proofs u provided are correct....better visit thier showroom...... and have a resolution

I had already purchased 8x Range Rovers & 1x XKR Cab from Premium Motors so i thought they were trustworthy but obviously not. I was buying from Premium motor because the car were cheap than the UK & was selling them to Africa, so the hot climate spec & EU2 emissions was ideal. UK vehicles don't work well in very hot climates & EU4-5 emission struggle with low quality fuel in Africa. Enegma90: how is this fishy?

umair2203: I have tried recovering the money with a lawyer in the UK, i would win the case but the UK courts can't force a company overseas to pay so it would more money down the drain. I have a Pakistan lawyer working on it now, but it's painfully slow!

Pictures are from 2009 because this is when the cars arrived in Pakistan & this what they sent me. The cars are 2009 models.

I said it fisy because u didn't mention the african part. Now its alryt because I thought that u were purchasing for UKDMs

so you were dealing using only phone and email? and buying cars worth 10s of thousands of pounds, all over the internet and phone?
shouldn't do that again.

I met Asim Buksh 3 times in the UK, i even gave him a lift to Jaguar in Gaydon for a meeting. Now i'm ?105k out of pocket!

Jaguar International - Military, Diplomatic & Tourist Sales should have used this service from Jaguar and the car would have been even VAT and custome duty free

common sense doesnt accept a UK person buying a UK made car from Pakistan(plus all customs) and the export to Africa(again paying customs)

Einstein cars were at port No custom duty was paid on them in parkistan. POster also explained they were hot climate version and was getting a good price thats why he prefered to buy it from Premium motors.

They were being sold tax / duty free as they had not cleared customs in Pakistan, as you can see from the invoices. As i live in the UK (not a tourist) neither am i in the Military or a Diplomat so i can not buy through this sales channel.
