I am NOT giving a judgment as I do not know the whole facts, but the attitude of Premium is suspiciously unprofessional and aggressive... Leaves a lot to be thought about.

You really pushed it way too far with this one I mean, all the other threats were a bit believable, but this... oh no.

Furthermore, let me inform everyone who wishes to bid on the vehicles. They are being auctioned by the customs on "AS IS BASIS" meaning what you see is what you get.

You should ask yourself why would they say that... BECAUSE they don't have the keys for the cars !

So if you are the lucky winner of a beautiful Jag... Alas, you will never get the keys from us. So, you'll try to contact Jaguar at that point in time, where they will obediently decline you to issue you a new key because they VINS are black listed.

Oh and did I forget to mention, these cars only have KEYLESS entry system and push start... so you need an electronic key to get in and to start the engine.

Pakistan Customs is a Gold mine of corrupt government personals in Pakistan.. so we can't deny the fact , that they are involved in it. but pointing darts in the air is not a good option. Premium motors should tell their side of story.

they tried, but too many people wanted to line their pockets as well and they refused to do that. now the govt/customs office is being "badmash" by confiscating the cars (which are paid for by premium motors) and is auctioning them off to fill their pockets.

this is why the topic poster said that the cars are sold on an as-is where-is basis. there are no keys, cars are reported as stolen (worldwide blacklisted VIN), and the cars are limited to 40km/h.

however i'm not stopping anyone from bidding for them,.. please feel free to do so,.. but you have been warned.

anyhow the bidding is over and not a single Jag or range rover was bid upon,.....

^That's a really harsh thing to do by the goverment,I mean they took their car's(Which they have Paid for)..and now when they are auctioning them and the V.I.N's are listed as Blacklisted? And their are no key's and the Speed is limited to 40Km/hr...that's just GAYYY! Seriously

If the case is something similer to what @storm stated then, the a**h***s of customs deserve a FACEPALM from the entire community of PakWheels.

I have never heard of such a blunder before, if they were going through "proper channel" then they could have gone to Supreme Court if nothing worked out for them.

I dont really know but seems like Premium guys imported the vehicles and didnt bother paying the duties. Now they dont want any one bidding on them hence the harassment, so that they can get them real cheap. Very sad and if this is true this company should be taken to court for harassing potential buyers and using dirty practices to avoid paying duties.
