Brother MCB's 15% shares (95 Million Shares) has been sold to Maybank for Rs. 43 Billion. Maybank has paid around Rs. 460/Share which was very high, MCB's book value was around 93 rupees at that time and its stocks were trading at around Rs. 250-325.
