Japanese 2005 rolla`s fuel consumption

can some one telme wat the japanese corolla x (05) 1500cc fuel consumption is as i have one and when i calculated it .. it was around 7.5 km/ litre which really sucks!! if anyone here at pw owns this model rolla kindly tel me its fuel consumption.. n also if some1 owns a pakistani rolla 1.6 or 1.8 altis kindly telme ur vehicles fuel average as im really pissed of at my cars average .. i bought this car solely cuz showroom owners (so called car experts tht they cal them selves) said the japanese version of rolla gives u wayy better average then the pakistani ones .. now i know they were jus talkin sh.T..!! thanks

About Fuel Consumption So Yes.....Auto's Sucks More Fuel Than Manual No Doubt....!! Mostly JDM's Are Auto And Have Good Mileage On CLOCK Genuinely Thats Different That They Reverse Them Back Showing Fake readings

Anyways...You Can Improve Mileage By Checking Following Stuff

Spark Plugs...If Needed Replace Them With Once For All Recomended Iridiums Of IT....!!

Always Use Genuine Air Filter For Best of Mileage

Use Engine Oil Like ZIC Or Caltex...Suiting Your Seasons Use Them....!!

Maintain Correct Tyre Pressure

Try Driving On Constant Speed Around 60-70Km

Best Way To Check Mileage To Once Give Car A Highway Drive On Constant Speed With Less Braking And You Get Real Mileage !!

Have A Ratio Of HOBC In Your Fuel...Like 70/30 Ratio

These All Can Play Important Role In Betterment Of Fuel Mileage

bro i dont know abt the japnese n domestic rolla

i have city steermatic (automatic) 1.5 vtec it gives me 12km/l in local with a/c

n 15-16 km/l on motorway with a/c at speed of 130m/h

get ur car tunned by sum toyota authorised dealership get original engine parts ur car will be ok .

As Per My Knowledge....Corolla 1.5L On Local Fuel Can Do 9-10Km/L In City Drive And Around 12-13Km/L On Highways.....Thats Talking About Auto Tranny...!!

Manual Can Do Better...!! Since Locals Are Mostly On Manual So They Give A BIt More Than That...!!

advise .. ive always been very conscious bout
maintainence of my vehicles and dont buy cheap parts for
my car(s) .. ive jus changed the sparkplugs .. got the
bosch irriduim plugs and change the air filter even though the old one wasnt used tht much .. i am goin to note the
mileage now n see if it makes a diff ive got a civic 05 vti
prosmatic got it zero meter have maintained it well n it
gives me around 9.5-10 average
with a.c in local which is quite gud for an auto n civic has way better brakes, control, drive, then my rolla
